- To properly serve all customers, THYSOL reserves the right to limit quantities. THYSOL further reserves the right to cancel multiple orders of an item purchased by the same THYSOL user and/or shipped to the same delivery address.
- THYSOL may display advertising prints for products sold through this website. THYSOL attempts to display the colors of the products shown on this website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used by you.
Your liability
You shall compensate us in full if we incur any losses or if any claims or legal proceedings are brought or threatened against us by any other person arising from your use of our websites.
Returns
Our return policy is 30 days. If you return your goods within 30 days we can offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

* Some health and personal care items
If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to [email protected] and wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, software that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
