  • Is the cause of the complaint or pain clear?
  • Check if there any contraindications for not taping.
  • Before you start taping, carefully read the instructions.
  • Choose a colour of tape, any colour that fits your mood!
  • Round of all the edges to prevent peeling.
  • Do not stretch the tape at the beginning and the end.
  • Rub the tape well for adhesion. Heat activates the adhesive layer.
  • Showering or swimming is possible, pat the tape dry after it gets wet. Do not rub it hard.
  • It is easier to remove the tape with body or massage oil.

Step 1:

  1. Stand in front of a mirror to apply the tape properly. Measure the length of the first tape from pelvic bone to pelvic bone.
  2. For the second tape, measure from the navel to the top of the pubic bone.
  3. Cut a third tape of approximately 15 cm long.

  1. Take the first tape, tear the release paper in half and fold the paper away on both sides.
  2. Apply minimal tension to the centre and place the tape horizontally between the two pelvic bones, using no stretch for the ends. Rub the tape well.
  3. Prepare the second tape in the same way and stick the centre with minimal tension vertically on the line between the navel and the upper edge of the pubic bone. Rub the tape well.
  4. The third tape is applied to the back. First find the right spot (you may need to mark the spot). To do this, place your hands on your pelvis with the fingertips pointing forward and the thumbs pointing back. The tips of the thumbs now point to where the tape should be applied.
  5. Sit with your back to a mirror, bend forward slightly and tear the release paper in the middle.
  6. Apply tension to the middle section of the tape and attach the tape. Apply the two anchors without tension and rub the tape firmly.
