How CrossLinq Acupressure Patches Work

The skin contains thousands of sensory receptors that respond to pressure, touch and movement. When applied to the skin, CrossLinq patches provide gentle, continuous stimulation to the targeted area.

This subtle stimulation may help support local circulation, reduce feelings of tension and encourage relaxation, making CrossLinq patches a simple, drug-free option for targeted wellness support.

Inspired by Traditional Eastern Wellness Principles

The distinctive grid pattern of CrossLinq patches is inspired by traditional Eastern approaches to balance and wellbeing, including Yin and Yang concepts.

  • Yin – associated with calmness, cooling and inward energy
  • Yang – associated with activity, warmth and outward energy

The patches are designed to be applied diagonally and can be positioned in different directions depending on personal preference and individual response.

Finding Your Preferred Application Direction

Some practitioners use simple muscle-response techniques, such as the O-ring test, to explore which application direction feels most comfortable for the individual.

Step 1

Form a ring using your thumb and index finger.

Step 2

Apply gentle resistance and assess the strength of the grip.

Step 3

Apply the patch in one direction and repeat the test.

Step 4

Repeat the test with the patch applied in the opposite direction.

Result

The direction that feels strongest or most comfortable is often preferred.
