Want to try CureTape® kinesiology tape but not sure which colour or print to choose? With the MyCureTape discount tubes, you don’t have to decide. Each tube contains two rolls of CureTape Classic and one roll of CureTape Art (5 cm x 2.5 m). Every set combines one of the popular Art prints with matching Classic colours. It is perfect for mixing and matching when taping yourself.

About CureTape®
CureTape is one of the most widely used kinesiology tapes in physiotherapy and sports. It’s made from elastic, breathable, medical-grade cotton with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive. CureTape® Art offers the same high quality as the Classic version but features a unique print. The ink is fully absorbed into the cotton, so the design stays sharp and visible even when the tape is stretched. Both versions are water-resistant and typically stay on the skin for 4 to 7 days, depending on the body area and skin condition.

How to apply CureTape® for the best results
Good preparation makes a big difference in how well the tape sticks:

Clean, dry skin: remove any lotion, sweat, oils or sunscreen.
Hair-free area: trim excessive hair if needed to improve adhesion.
Round the corners: this helps prevent the edges from peeling up.
No stretch on the ends: apply the beginning and end of each strip without tension.
Rub well after application: warming the adhesive activates the glue for stronger hold.

Order

How can I place an order?

1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

10. When using Bank Transfer you can deposit the payment for the order into our account mentioned in the order confirmation referencing the order number.

11. Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be emailed to you. You can monitor parcels by clicking track my item. You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.

Where can I find my order information?

When you place an order, you will receive the confirmation in your email. You can also find the order information when you log into your account and click on orders.

How can I add a coupon to my order?

You can add a coupon to your order when you go to your shopping cart. Beneath the cart totals you should fill in the code of the coupon and press apply coupon. Now your coupon is added to your order.

How long does delivery take?

We are a small family owned business. Orders are packed and collected by Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Estimate delivery times throughout Australia after it has been handed over to Australia post are: (standard delivery):

Sydney: 3-4 business days

Melbourne: 3-4 business days

Adelaide: 5-6 business days

Perth: 5-6 business days

Darwin: 5-6 business days

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery. When you choose express delivery you will receive your order normally within 1-4 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders above $200 have free standard shipping. The shipping rates for order below $200 are:

Yes, absolutely!!**. All of our products are designed with quality and durability in mind. In the rare case warrantee is required a standard warranty period of 30 days for all products applies (from the date of purchase) unless otherwise stated;

Return Policy

What is the return period?

Our return policy is 30 days after product purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days we can offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

CD, DVD, software that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Do you replace products?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to [email protected] and wait for a reply from our sales team (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us.

Do I have to pay return costs?

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to [email protected] include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

How does the shipping of the return work?

If requested, to return your product, you should mail it to: THYSOL Australia, C/o Zebra Lymphatic, 1 Seib Road, Eumundi, Queensland, 4562 Australia.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL Australia’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to $50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (to the bank details you have provided to us) via direct credit to your Bank account, within approximately 10 working days.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

If you think you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account. Alternatively, contact your bank or Paypal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] or telephone Tony on 07 5400 8709 .

Great tape

Best kinesiology tape!

This is the best tape I’ve used. Really sticky and lasts for days and days, with showering and all. Even then, when it’s peeling at the edges it doesn’t necessarily want to come off. The only issue is it doesn’t bond so well to itself, so the overlapping areas tend to be the bits that come away first. It is still by far the best and affordable tape I’ve tried, and I have tried a lot of brands.

Good taping with appropriate stretch

Good tape with appropriate stretch, has lasted well through showering. Would definitely recommend but the delivery time was a little slow.

Strapping Massage Thumbs

I got the pink colours and strapped my thumbs as per a tutorial on your website. This does offer good support and relieve pain. However I had to deduct a couple of stars as the tabs wrapped around the thumbs came adrift as I got working and the massage oil penetrated the tape. I’m not sure how to rectify this so it stays on and I can work with the taping.

Brilliant

Tape stays on and supports in the right places. Great price and quality. The packaging is brilliant. Played a netball match in the rain manages to stay on for about half an hour. Will definitely purchase again in different colours.
