This interactive, tutor-led course combines theory and practice to give you the skills and knowledge needed to effectively apply NMT in clinical settings. Over the course of two full days (16 hours), followed by a two-hour online feedback session, you will:
- Learn the principles and scientific background of NeuroMuscular Taping for lymphatic rehabilitation.
- Understand the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic and vascular systems and their relationship to decompression taping.
- Develop manual application skills for various lymphatic drainage techniques on the upper and lower extremities, trunk, and post-surgical areas.
- Learn to identify appropriate clinical indications, contraindications, and therapeutic goals for each taping method.
- Practise hands-on taping applications under direct supervision to refine your technique and precision.
- Gain insight into case studies, research findings, and evidence-based protocols that support the use of NMT in rehabilitation.
- Participate in an assessment process, including practical and written evaluations, to receive your official certification.
The course consists of 90% practical sessions and 10% theoretical instruction, to ensure that it has a maximum hands-on experience. After completion, a follow-up session (online) is held 1–3 months later to discuss progress, answer questions, and support continued learning.
