Does CureTape^® Beauty face tape work?

CureTape^® Beauty is used in facial taping routines focused on the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The elastic tape gently pulls on the skin and provides a physical reminder of facial movement. Some users report a temporarily smoother appearance, but experiences vary. It offers a natural way to care for your appearance as part of your beauty routine.

How often should I use CureTape^® Beauty face tape?

Our suggested beauty taping routine is 6–10 hours per session during the first 3–4 weeks, often overnight, followed by 1–2 applications per week. First check how your skin responds with a small test piece, then begin with shorter sessions. Only build up wear time if your skin tolerates it. Beauty taping can be included alongside facial massage or facial exercises.

What is CureTape^® Beauty face tape made of?

CureTape^® Beauty is made from elastic, breathable cotton with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive developed for delicate skin. It combines the flexibility of kinesiology tape with a gentler adhesive for facial applications.

What is included in the CureTape^® Beauty face tape and cups set?

The set contains two rolls of CureTape^® Beauty measuring 5 cm x 5 m each, plus two small FASCIQ^® facial cups. You get 10 metres of face tape in total, which you can cut into your own strips. The cups offer a separate facial cupping technique to include alongside your taping routine. Follow the instructions supplied with each product.

What should I do if CureTape^® Beauty face tape irritates my skin?

Remove the tape gently and stop using it until your skin has recovered. CureTape^® Beauty has a hypoallergenic adhesive, but exceptionally sensitive skin may still react. Before first use, apply a small piece without stretching it and leave it on for 24 hours, removing it sooner if irritation develops. If there is no reaction, proceed with your intended application while continuing to monitor your skin.

How sticky is CureTape^® Beauty face tape?

CureTape^® Beauty uses a gentler adhesive than our regular Classic tape while still providing a secure hold on clean, dry skin. Remove make-up, oils and creams from the application area before taping, as they can reduce adhesion. After applying, gently rub the tape to help it adhere.

Order

How can I place an order?

1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

10. When using Bank Transfer you can deposit the payment for the order into our account mentioned in the order confirmation referencing the order number.

11. Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be emailed to you. You can monitor parcels by clicking track my item. You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.

Where can I find my order information?

When you place an order, you will receive the confirmation in your email. You can also find the order information when you log into your account and click on orders.

How can I add a coupon to my order?

You can add a coupon to your order when you go to your shopping cart. Beneath the cart totals you should fill in the code of the coupon and press apply coupon. Now your coupon is added to your order.

How long does delivery take?

We are a small family owned business. Orders are packed and collected by Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Estimate delivery times throughout Australia after it has been handed over to Australia post are: (standard delivery):

How can I track my order?

I made a mistake in my shipping address!

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your confirmation email immediately after placing an order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Returned to Sender (RTS)
If a package is returned to THYSOL due to an incorrect address, missing information (such as a missing apartment number), or failure to collect the parcel from a post office, the following policy applies:

Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, as this service has already been rendered by the carrier.

Refund Process: A refund for the physical items (minus the costs mentioned above) will be processed once the package has been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.

Reshipping: We do not automatically resend returned packages. If you still wish to receive your items, you will need to place a new order with the correct shipping details.

Return Policy

What is the return period?

Our return policy is 30 days after product purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days we can offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Do you replace products?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to [email protected] and wait for a reply from our sales team (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us.

Do I have to pay return costs?

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to [email protected] include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

How does the shipping of the return work?

If requested, to return your product, you should mail it to: THYSOL Australia, C/o Zebra Lymphatic, 1 Seib Road, Eumundi, Queensland, 4562 Australia.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL Australia’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to $50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (to the bank details you have provided to us) via direct credit to your Bank account, within approximately 10 working days.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

If you think you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account. Alternatively, contact your bank or Paypal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
