We use Judge.me to collect feedback on both our shop and products with every order. Below are some of our customers’ experiences. Delivery was short one roll, a nice handwritten note was included to say it will be sent as soon as more of that tape is received. It came within a few days. Greatly appreciated. The item was never sent, although I had paid long tine beforehand. After admitting they made a mistake they send it but I didnt get the item, as I was already at another hotel (I was travelling in Australia).
It's truly disheartening when you go the extra mile for a customer only to discover that they have been dishonest about the entire process. Wolf and Sophie, who are currently traveling in Australia, missed receiving their first item due to their travel schedule. However, in good faith and after discussing it with Wolf, I agreed to send the item to a specific location where they were planning to be. The item was sent twice, resulting in additional charges for return postage fees for us. Throughout the entire process, there were numerous phone calls and texts exchanged, and tracking information was provided. Regrettably, Sophie's behavior has been highly disappointing ('0' stars). We take pride in delivering excellent customer service. It's important to note that all customers are entitled to a refund in genuine circumstances or when the product fails to meet expectations. :) Delivery was on time. I found silicon not strong section in my opinion. I would prefer glass. Ordered a few items from Thysol, one of which was the mini massage gun. It's a powerful and sturdy machine. Doesn't stop working if you press into the muscle, as do other less powerful guns. Highly recommend. Was happy with the Facial tape it is also great on my skin and I have sensitive skin and no issues. The tape was sent out fast and communication was good. Thank you CureTape excellent product excited to try other products I can’t write anything about the product because I still didn’t receive my order (it’s been nearly a month, hence 2 stars). When I finally contacted NZ post, I’ve learned that the package was addressed wrong so it couldn’t be delivered (I’ve checked my order and it’s a correct address there, so not sure what happened). Apparently they’ve managed to find the package but I’m still waiting… Hi Danka, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
