The FASCIQ® Facial Cupping Set is designed for gentle facial cupping treatments of the face, neck and décolleté. The set contains four soft silicone facial cups in two different sizes, allowing you to treat both smaller and larger facial areas with greater precision.

The facial cupping kit includes two Mini Facial Cups and two Medium Facial Cups, as well as a practical storage bag. By using two facial cups at the same time, you can treat both sides of the face evenly and create a controlled, symmetrical facial cupping massage.

Facial cup sizes and applications

The Mini Facial Cups are designed for smaller and more delicate facial areas. Their narrow shape makes them suitable for use around the eye contours, above the lips and on other areas where precise movements are required.

The Medium Facial Cups are intended for larger areas of the face. They can also be used on the jawline, neck and décolleté. The larger opening helps the facial cup glide smoothly over broader treatment areas.

Why use silicone facial cups?

How to use the facial cups

Always use the facial cups on clean skin with a suitable facial cream, oil or massage product. This helps the silicone facial cups glide smoothly over the skin and reduces pulling during the treatment.

Clean the face, neck and décolleté before starting.
Apply a small amount of facial cream or massage product to the treatment area.
Select the appropriate Mini or Medium Facial Cup.
Lightly squeeze the facial cup and place it on the skin.
Release the cup gently to create a mild vacuum.
Keep the facial cup moving and glide it slowly across the skin.
Reduce the pressure if the suction feels uncomfortable or the cup does not glide easily.

Begin with very light suction, especially when using facial cups around delicate areas. The treatment should always feel comfortable. Do not leave the facial cups stationary on the face for extended periods.

Cleaning the silicone facial cups

Clean the facial cups after every use with warm water and mild soap. Rinse them thoroughly and allow the cups to air-dry completely before placing them back in the storage bag.

Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive materials, as these may affect the silicone. The facial cups are intended for personal use unless suitable professional hygiene procedures are followed.

Important facial cupping advice

Do not use the facial cups on open wounds, irritated skin, active skin infections or areas that are painful or unusually sensitive. Avoid excessive suction and stop using the facial cups if the treatment causes discomfort or persistent skin irritation.

Some temporary redness may occur after a facial cupping massage. Always begin gently and gradually increase the suction only when this remains comfortable.

Order

How can I place an order?

1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

10. When using Bank Transfer you can deposit the payment for the order into our account mentioned in the order confirmation referencing the order number.

11. Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be emailed to you. You can monitor parcels by clicking track my item. You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.

Where can I find my order information?

How can I add a coupon to my order?

We are a small family owned business. Orders are packed and collected by Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Estimate delivery times throughout Australia after it has been handed over to Australia post are: (standard delivery):

I made a mistake in my shipping address!

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your confirmation email immediately after placing an order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Returned to Sender (RTS)
If a package is returned to THYSOL due to an incorrect address, missing information (such as a missing apartment number), or failure to collect the parcel from a post office, the following policy applies:

Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, as this service has already been rendered by the carrier.

Refund Process: A refund for the physical items (minus the costs mentioned above) will be processed once the package has been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.

Reshipping: We do not automatically resend returned packages. If you still wish to receive your items, you will need to place a new order with the correct shipping details.

Return Policy

What is the return period?

Our return policy is 30 days after product purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days we can offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Do you replace products?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to [email protected] and wait for a reply from our sales team (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us.

Do I have to pay return costs?

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to [email protected] include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

How does the shipping of the return work?

If requested, to return your product, you should mail it to: THYSOL Australia, C/o Zebra Lymphatic, 1 Seib Road, Eumundi, Queensland, 4562 Australia.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL Australia’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to $50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (to the bank details you have provided to us) via direct credit to your Bank account, within approximately 10 working days.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

If you think you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account. Alternatively, contact your bank or Paypal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
