MyCureTape® Sports is a handy three-roll combi pack with 25% stronger adhesion than standard kinesiology tape. How much tape is included?
Each tube contains 7.5 metres of tape in total, divided over three rolls of 5 cm × 2.5 m. That is enough for approximately 15–30 applications, depending on the area being taped and the length and number of strips used.
The shorter rolls let you switch between colours while carrying a smaller pack than three standard 5 m rolls.

What is kinesiology tape?
Kinesiology tape is an elastic tape with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive, designed to mimic the skin in terms of elasticity and thickness. CureTape® Sports uses viscose rather than cotton and has 25% stronger adhesion than standard kinesiology tape.
What do people use kinesiology tape for, and how does it work?
People commonly use kinesiology tape around the knees, shoulders, ankles and back during sport, work or everyday activities. Physiotherapists also use it as part of treatment plans, including applications around swollen areas and scars.
The tape stretches with your body rather than holding an area firmly in place like FASCIQ Rigid Sports Tape. You can feel the tape gently pulling on your skin as you move. This provides a physical reminder of the taped area and may make you more aware of how you move.
The tape’s gentle pull on the skin is also one of the ideas behind its use in lymphatic taping. Researchers are still studying how this works and what difference it makes. The experience can vary from person to person and depends on the application.

The Sports pack contains three rolls of viscose tape with 25% more adhesive strength than CureTape® Classic. The Classic pack contains two Classic cotton rolls and one Art printed roll. Choose Sports when stronger adhesion during intensive exercise is your priority.

Yes. The water-resistant tape combines fast-drying viscose with stronger adhesion for demanding training and competition. Apply to clean, dry skin before exercising, round off the corners and pat dry after showering or swimming. Friction and activity can affect how long it stays attached.
